I, hereby grant Colisco Wearables (“Colisco”) the right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings that include my image, likeness, and/or voice (the “Media”) captured on [Date(s) of Media capture] at Colisco’s Frisco, Colorado location.
I understand and agree to the following:
- Purpose: Colisco may use the Media for any purpose related to its business, including but not limited to:
- Marketing and advertising materials (e.g., website, social media, brochures, advertisements)
- In-store displays and promotions
- Public relations and media outreach
- Internal training and communications
- Distribution: Colisco may use the Media in any medium and distribute it through any channel, including online and offline.
- Editing: Colisco may edit, modify, or alter the Media as it sees fit.
- Ownership: Colisco owns all rights, title, and interest in the Media.
- No Compensation: I will not receive any compensation or royalties for the use of the Media.
- Release: I hereby release and discharge Colisco, its employees, agents, and representatives from any
- Termination: This contract may be released by a request email providing your name and the content you wish to be withdrawn, content will be withdrawn as soon as the email has been processed and we reply that we have done so.
